In the coming months, we'll share the story in full — the founders, the families, the practices that grew under our care. A short film is in production. This is where it will live.

Aligned began with a simple conviction: that chiropractic, practiced with integrity, changes lives — and the chiropractors who practice it deserve to be supported, not sold to.
In 1995, the field was full of programs promising shortcuts. Quick scripts, tactics, and tricks. What was missing was something quieter and more durable — mentorship rooted in principle, accountable to results, and given freely to anyone willing to put in the work.
So we built it. One office at a time. One conversation at a time. One doctor learning to love their practice again, one practice learning to love their community.
"Whatever you give your attention to, your time to, your love to — that is what will grow."
That sentence is not strategy. It is the whole strategy. Everything Aligned does — the mentoring, the Summits, the clinics, the systems — is built around helping doctors give their love to the right things, in the right order, at the right time.

Carried forward by his son, Tom.
Aligned was founded in 1995 by Dr. Tom Owen — a chiropractor who believed the profession deserved better than what it was being sold. He built this from a deep conviction that chiropractic is more than a job. It is a calling, a craft, and a covenant with the patient.
For three decades, Dr. Owen mentored thousands of doctors through every season a practice can have — the tentative first year, the plateau, the burnout, the unexpected growth, the question of whether to continue at all. His approach was patient, principled, and refreshingly direct.
Today, that work lives on through his son, Tom — raised inside the practice, mentored at his father's side, and now leading Aligned into its next chapter. The conviction is the same. The covenant is the same. What is loved keeps growing.
No applications today. No commitments. Just an invitation to look around, ask the questions that have been on your mind, and decide for yourself whether what we tend to is something you'd like to grow with us.
